Aircraft. Condition is new, never flown. Continental O-200 zero time engine. Built in early 1980"s in Phoeniz, AZ; builder died and I bought it over 8 years ago and have never flown it. S/N 417 FAA registration N5578K. Excellent workmanship; full panel with older instruments. Logs and plans used in construction included. Located in Odessa, Texas, this aircraft has only seen enclosed, dry storage. Some "hangar rash" to the paint but overall good appearance. I"ve been offered $6,000 for the engine alone; someone with considerable flight time only should consider this aircraft as planes of this type often achieve speeds of 190 mph TAS.
