It has an Onan 12500 kw gen set, 150 gal fresh water and 2 100 gal grey or black tank, it also has a 75 gal tank for pressure washer. It includes a washer, and dryer. This is one awesome looking unit, with a Detroit motor and fully auto trans. the Detroit is pushing 515 hp so getting anywhere will not be a problem. It comes with hot water on demand and 2 air conditioners with electric heat pumps so no propane needed to heat the unit. both a/cs are 13500btu. it has electric cook top and a microwave convection oven. tile floor, Granite counter tops.
