Our son bought this trailer new. He modified it by putting an electrical system in it (plugs in like a camper). It has an air conditioner mounted on roof (really Cold)(part of the ceiling is insulated) and 2 - 2 bulb 4ft fluorescent lights. There are hanging brackets inside and tie down rings built in. The back door tilts down into a ramp.(Very easy to open and close) There is also a side walk in door. There is a hole on the left side of trailer (opposite side of walk in door) Please look at photos to see. This is a heavy duty trailer. 7,000lbs capacity. 2 axels. Tires are in really good condition. Ball hook-up is 2 5/16 bumper hitch. I would consider reasonable offer. I can send other photos if requested.
