Vehicle description
Fixer upper that could be a real nice live in trailer as it"s huge. Approximately 450 square feet. 39 foot long with 3 slide outs. Slide outs in the bedroom, living room and dining room. Fridge is big and gets ice cold, runs off 120V, 12V or propane. Has 2 roof A/C units. 2 forced air heaters. Lots of basement storage. Has spot for generator with wiring and gasoline hookups. Factory tinted windows. Although recently some of my neighborhood brats broke a couple windows out. Ceiling fan. Lots of outside lighting. Fully Carpeted and in good condition. Kitchen area is linoleum. End tables in living room. Wired for telephone and cable TV. Has long 50 amp cord for hookups. Front stabilizer stand which really helps keep it from rocking. 3 axles. Full size shower/tub. Fold out couch. Dual power hot water heater, gas and electric. Electric front jacks. Cabinetry upgrade. Slides are power or crank. Has dining table. Living room chair and desk. Brand new 3 burner stove. Microwave. Lots of bedroom storage and vanity mirror desk. Two skylights. All windows seal and crank open fine. Some are sliding. AM/FM cassette stereo. 2 Large 10 gallon propane tanks with auto switch over. Luggage rack and ladder to roof. This trailer was top of the line back in 1991. All manuals and paperwork since it was new. Here"s the bad new. Needs a new crank up vent for the bathroom and kitchen. I" m fixing it up as I go. Everything worked when I last lived in it in 2012. Here"s the bad news, 2nd, 4th and 5th pics are from roof seeping. I have fixed the major leak in the bedroom, but the skylights need to be fixed. I think taking them off an replacing with a thick piece of plexiglass would be the trick. The seepage has caused NO damage to the flooring. The 6th pic is where a tire blew and tore up the paneling. I have since put a brand new tire on and have a 4x8 sheet of this paneling if you would like to fix it. I have also blew out the water pipes before I parked it. Trailer is located in Winnemucca, NV and No I don"t have a hitch to tow it. I"ve lived in this trailer twice in the last 15 years and absolutely loved the spacious area. Unfortunately, I was going to use it to travel for work and my plans have changed. I haven"t replaced the windows because if I was going to use it, I was going to put a stove pipe out, so I will leave it up the the buyer. Title is still in previous owner"s name as I never towed it on public highways. I lived in it at the mines I have worked at and now it"s time to get rid of it before it deteriorates any more. Bought used for $14,000 in 2000. Wall paper hanging down is not due to water. Just old age. I left it in case the new owner wanted to put it back up. The paneling underneath is beautiful. I think I would peel it off and either paint it or gloss it.
