This is a 1979 Fan Lee Line camper with an electric lift jack. It is 15 foot long and sleeps 4 comfortably. We are the 2 nd owners of this camper. It is in excellent shape and everything worked in 2017. It is basically in original factory condition except for the Dometic air/heat unit, new tall stool and exhaust stove vent fan all installed in 2014. New roof vent and light covers were put on in 2014 also. Electric brake wiring, new axle bearings, tires and black water tank were installed in 2017. All the windows crank and the awning is in very good condition. There is a spare tire carrier and I have the spare tire. The refrigerator works well on both gas and electric. The rear cushion for the couch is torn on one end all the way across the edge (sunlight damage). There is a small dent that broke the skin on the top right front that is sealed with silicon. I painted 3 coats of rubberized paint on the roof in 2016 and there are no leaks in the camper. This is a vintage 39-year-old camper that has been updated and ready to go with a clear title.
