Vintage Streamline Empress 28" Travel trailer- Royal Rover travel trailer with both front and rear doors. There are two twin size beds on either side in the rear, with large drawers and cabinets. Individual lighting and magazine holders all original. The bathroom has a shower/toilet/sink, under sink cabinets, full length mirror, medicine cabinet and linen closet. Pocket door separates bathroom from sleeping quarters. Kitchen has all original appliances- working fridge, working stove/oven, turquoise painted sink. Cables and tubes to connect to power and water. Small dining table, Queen sized futon in front living room. But could be customized to meet your needs for an office or other business, artist studio, ect. There is plenty of storage space, 3 full size closets and 15 overhead cabinets. and many other drawers and lower cabinets! There are NO rips or tears in ceiling or floor. A small area in the floor has been replaced with new plywood due to a small leak in the front window which was fixed. All original parts. Some dents and flaws. Exterior is in good shape except for some damage to the rear corner of the roof, which has a dent and another dent to the rear. Some new aluminum on the belly. Just repacked the wheel bearings, Has been updated with new luxury vinyl plank flooring, completely painted on the inside to the walls and cabinets to brighten and freshen. New foam mattresses. New décor included. Electric brakes are in good condition, wheel bearings have been repacked recently, tires are in pretty good condition, though not new. Clear title, but is currently not registered. Can obtain a temporary 2 week registration to move or travel for $30.
