1951 spartanette very good shape for age. Needs tires too pull behind your vehicle. All original woodwork (some water damage but not bad) very refinishable(if that"s a word) Shell in very good shape and all original interior fixtures and hinges. Solid floor. 2 doors. Separate living and bedroom area. Water heater and mirrors intact. 1 set of upper cabinets are the worst part of this beauty in the "semi ruff" Could easily be redone into a 15-20k trailer.
